Pros +
- Location, Cleanliness, Staff
- Right next to the Shinkansen station ,JR Tokaido, so super easy to get to if arriving by fast train.
- value was excellent. We made a great choice to stay near the train station and not cart our luggage into Yokohama (we went to see Chinatown). Staff was very helpful and patient with us. Rooms had everything we needed. Clean, efficient. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very nice.
Cons -
- The Room we booked for two person and a child was too small.Ethier the Hotel or Booking.com should necessary action. Please ignore this feeback if you feel it is rare feedback.
- It's under construction, so there's scaffolding all over, a little hard to see the building.
- Pillows not the most comfortable for some Americans, but not too bad.

The place is very near and easy connecting with shin-Yokohama. So many restaurants and near Somen museum.
Nothing to say about unlike in that place.
Its very near to Yokohama station. Access going to the station was easy because its there was an over pass from the station going to the other side with elevators so having luggage with us was not a problem.
I stayed up late to queue for the laundry machine and dryer, probably adding more units will help. Overall the stay was very good.
Both breakfast and location were outstanding, especially considering the amazing value.
I cannot think of anything that I did not like while staying there.
Breakfast was above average and locations was very good.
